FAQs - Visa
You’ll need several documents, including a valid passport, visa application form, recent passport-sized photographs, travel itinerary, proof of accommodation, travel insurance, financial documents like bank statements, and a cover letter explaining your trip’s purpose. Please request our travel consultant to share a detailed list of documents required for Schengen visa. It depends on your work profile.
To apply for a Schengen visa from India, you need to schedule an appointment at the consulate or visa application centre of the country you plan to visit first. Then, submit your application along with the required documents and attend an interview if necessary. We have you covered on this. If you are traveling with us, we have an inhouse visa team who will help you process your visa.
Processing time vary depending on the country of application and the time of year. It can take around 15-20 working days, so it’s essential to apply well in advance of your travel date.
Yes, you’ll need to provide evidence of sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in the Schengen Area. This could include bank statements, sponsorship letters, or proof of employment and income.
FAQs - Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event of your visa application being refused, INR 8,000 per head from the booking amount will be considered non-refundable. However, the balance booking amount of INR 17,000 will be refunded to you.
For flight bookings, the refund will be processed according to the airline’s cancellation policy. Please check with the airline directly or if you have booked flights with us we will share the exact cancellation policy of the airline for their specific terms and conditions regarding refunds.
Yes, there is a deadline for cancellations. No refunds will be provided if the cancellation is made within 25 days prior to the trip departure date.
If you need to cancel your trip for reasons other than visa refusal, please refer to our general cancellation policy. The non-refundable booking amount of INR 25,000 per head will still apply, and any remaining balance will be subject to our cancellation terms.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed through the same method used for payment during the booking process. Please allow sufficient time for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account (approx. 7 working days).
Changes to travel dates may be possible, depending on availability and our terms and conditions. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.
FAQs - Payment Terms
Visa fees are not included in the initial booking payment. They are paid directly to the embassy or consulate while processing your visa application. The amount varies depending on the destination and type of visa required.
The balance of 100% of the tour amount must be paid 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date of your trip.
While the initial payment of INR 25,000 per head is required at the time of booking, you have the option to pay the full tour amount upfront if you prefer.
